Platform Interactive is pleased to announce a number of enhancements to our Online Support Centre available right now, on demand and free of charge. These include:
- Our online knowledgebase now includes assistance with frequently asked questions and how-to guides.
- We have released a range of video tutorials taking you step-by-step through the most commonly used areas of your system.
- An intuitive troubleshooter system has been developed to assist you in solving day to day problems.
- Our product manuals are now easily accessible and downloadable as PDF’s.
We’re also making some changes to the way we offer you personalised technical support. Should you wish to obtain personalised telephone support or communicate with our support team online you will be required to purchase a pre-paid service block.
