Executive Chairman & CEO

Stephen has significant expertise in commercialising emerging technologies. Innovative and creative, he has received an Australian Design Mark Award for designing and developing an integrated range of business management software solutions. He has actively shaped the progress of Platform Interactive since its early stages, contributing to the Company's growth and development, business systems and commercialisation strategies.

Furthermore, Stephen chairs various technology companies that harness the power of the Web in diverse key industries: Global Mind Screen Group offers a secure Web-enabled clinical assessment and treatment planning tool to accelerate positive mental health outcomes; i-Trade Wool provides a one-stop e-commerce portal for the international wool industry; and Global Tracking Solutions provides turnkey solutions for the comprehensive tracking of explosives for the mining, military and law enforcement industries.Stephen also sits on the boards of a technology incubator and a polymer technology company.

David began his software and Internet career in 1997 with a company called PC Guardian Security Software based in California. After being a national sales agent in Australia, David began contracting to Western Australian Government departments and small to large corporations as a Microsoft technology web developer before taking a role as an Internet project manager with BankWest in 2000.

David's successful career with the bank included implementing Western Australia’s first enterprise content management system (Stellent, 2001) and delivering one of BankWest's most successful return on investment technology projects, Online Credit Card Sales (2002). In January 2004 David began transforming Digital Junction Australia (an outsourcing web development firm) into a web product company aimed at delivering better online business outcomes for businesses.

David is head of products, chief strategist and architect for the Platform Group. David also consults to some of Australia's largest companies with respects to business software strategies, implementations and best practice. David's focus now is the growth and development of Platform Interactive's subscription platform and the release of the much anticipated new products.

Tejal Morar Platform Interactive Non Executive Director

Tejal Morar

B. Bus, MBA, Non-Executive Director

Tejal's speciality lies in strategic management and developing business solution packages. A highlight of his career is leading major strategic restructuring and change management for the third largest paint and resin manufacturer in Southern Africa in 2002. During his tenure, staff strength grew more than fivefold from 350 to 1,500 by 2005.

After moving back to Australia, he bought a pigment blending company as well as a printing company in Perth. He joined the Board of PIL in August 2006, and is also non-executive director of several private companies in South Africa and United Kingdom.

Tejal holds a Master's Degree in International Business Management from Curtin University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Business Degree from Murdoch University.

Greg Riebe

Non-Executive Director

Greg is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in commerce across a variety of industries including investment management, high technology-based businesses and, in the past, professional services, mining, retail and insurance.

He has extensive management experience including Executive Management at a large publicly-listed company and an international Professional Services firm; this included overall business performance as Chief Executive Officer as well as functional responsibility in the areas of Information Technology and Organisational Development.

Greg has extensive Board experience as a Non-Executive Director for a number of privately held businesses; this experience includes the establishment of Corporate Governance practices and investor/shareholder relations.
